We want you to love your Zenova product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at store.zenovaa@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrived damaged or isn't working as expected, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

We offer free returns on all orders. We'll provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.
